Fast Manufacturing, which is integrated in ERP Fast Business solution, links production process from designing routing design, sales forecast, production scheduling, material requirement planning, supply chain management to shop floor activities and analyzing the entire production process.

Fast MPS - Master Production Scheduling

Bill of Materials / Product Structure Maintenance

  • Multi-level bill of materials
  • Unlimited components per item
  • Effective date, alternative BOM
  • Copy BOM for the similar ones
  • Scrap factor definition
  • Manufacturing lead time definition.

Calculation of net requirement in supply-demand relationship

  • Demand calculation based on Sales Forecasts and Sales Orders
  • Supply ability calculation based on Inventory On hand, open MO, firmed plan MO
  • Safety stock in demand
  • Calculation based on effective time of demand
  • Projected inventory in the future
  • Ability to take orders.

Different Order policies support

  • Discrete (lot by lot)

Material Requirements Planning supports your enterprise in controlling materials flow to make a reasonable decision in material supply policy. Advantages found in this module are saving purchase expense, store expense and the most importance is solving foreseen shortage in near future. Output information of this module is the answer of the question: “How many and when do you really need to order?”

Accurate calculation of net requirements from supply-demand relationship
